I would like to thank you for the excellent work you did recently on my sash windows. I am delighted with the results. I thank you, also, for your punctuality, courtesy and professionalism throughout. I had eleven sash windows that required painting and they were, to some degree or other, in very poor condition. I live by the sea so the paintwork is affected by wind, sun and salt and was either non existent or flaking. I had them overhauled by Wessex Restoration and I knew that it would require a skilled painter and good quality paint to give the finish that I wanted. I choose Quality Finish to undertake the work, partly because they were a member of Trust Mark which is registered through Dulux Select Decorators, so I knew I would have a guarantee at the end. I am very pleased that I choose John Jones and his assistant. The work took 10 days and they were always punctual and never left until the work for that day had been completed. They covered all floors and furniture with clean dust sheets, their work clothes and overalls were kept clean and free from paint, as was the van they used, always spotless. All this was very encouraging as to what their work would be like and I was happy to leave them in my home unattended. At the end of the day all paints and dust sheets were cleared away and my home was a home again. As to the actual painting I couldn’t be more pleased, I could see that they took pride in what they did and no detail was too much trouble. They kept me informed as to how the work was progressing and what they had done that day. If something didn’t seem right to them, then it was done again until both them and myself were satisfied. I could see that they used Dulux paints which would be needed on such an exposed position. It was also good to see John was passing on his skills to his assistant. Both workers were friendly, skilled and clean, they took pride in their work a professional team. I would recommend Quality Finish to anyone who wanted a quality finish to their home.

Recent Feb 2024 work completed to restore over 26 sash windows. John and his team were excellent, from preparation to completion the communication reflected the commitment and focus in providing a very professional service and finish. This service also provided me with comfort and security for a significant investment, as we were not able to visit the property during the works but regular updates and photos ensured progress and issues were escalated quickly. I will certainly use them again and would highly recommend their service to anyone who wants peace of mind, the best finish and quality work for their property.
