John has worked within the sash window and decorating industry in the south West for over 35 years. John developed his skills in painting and decorating, and later learning to specialise in sash window renovation and repairs. John uses his expertise to complete day to day work, passing his knowledge onto his team members, as well as providing detailed quotes for future work
Becca Jones Marketing
Becca joined Quality Finish in 2015, following in her father’s footsteps. As well as taking an active role in the hands on work, Becca is beginning to bring Quality Finish into the 21st Century, by establishing social media pages and developing new ways to advertise the business.
Rob Gibbon Painter & Decorator
Rob started at the company in 2007 as an apprentice, and has developed his skills and knowledge regarding both sash windows and decorating. This year he celebrated 10 years of working for the company.
Margaret Jones Administrator
Margaret completes all the paperwork for Quality Finish, including Quotes, invoices and will often arrange any visits for quotations that need to take place. This allows John and the team to continue with their day to day work.
